First, download VHS Video Recorder then install it on your computer as wizard instructions.
Step 1: Connect
VHS recorder to PC
Connect your VHS recorder/player to the computer using a video capture device as a go-between. Set output video format as MPEG-2.

Step 2: Video device Settings
Switch to the Settings tab. Drop down the Video Device Input control and choose either the Composite option or the S-Video option.

Step 3: Start Capture
Press the Start capture button of VHS Video Recorder and begin the VHS recorder/player tape playback.

Step 4: Convert video and burn it onto DVD
After finishing capture, click the Convert icon to launch Video Converter, now you can convert the captured VHS video and burn to DVD.
